Beatrice von Bismarck is an art historian and professor at the HGBK in Leipzig, where she is co-director of the project /D/O/C/K. She is also associate director of the Kunstraum of the University of Lüneburg where projects have included Interarchiv (1997-99) with Hans-Peter Feldmann und Hans Ulrich Obrist and the ongoing project Die Ökonomische Kette with Peter Weibel.
