Dave Beech, Andy Hewitt and Mel Jordan work collectively as Freee. Recent projects include: "Have you heard the one About the Public Sphere?" starring Norman Collier, a commission for Hull Time Based Arts; and How to Talk to Buildings, a commission for ARC 2006.

Previous to joining forces with David Beech to form Freee, Andy Hewitt and Mel Jordan worked as Hewitt & Jordan, thier projects include Futurology: The Black Country 2024 at the New Art Gallery, Walsall, 2004. David Beech's previous curatorial projects include 'There is Always an Alternative', London & Manchester, 2005.
